Poor customer service

Went to exchange a pair of shoes which were too tight.Initially the chasier asst. was very helpfull and called the sakes asst. to bring another pair of shoes.The sales asst. already then had an attitude talking too herself and brought the shoes , she then proceeded too inspect the shoes brought back went too the manager came back and halfway down the isle indcated they not going too exchange the shoes .The cashier tried too solve the issue by trying to talk to the manager who looked at me and flatly ignored me and and the situation and carried on logging a till leaving the sales lady to carry on .I must say i have never left a store feeling so humilated and embarrased and feel i would never return too that store .
