POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
<p>Purchased a Puma Trainer on 18/02/2017 for R699.95. The sole of the shoe tore in just over a month of purchasing it. THE SOLE OF THE SHOE!!!! which is under the foot, which is supposed to be the strongest one would thing. Tekkie Town refuses to Exchange/Refund me. No reason given. Very poor customer service.</p> <p>I paid R699.95 for it not R69.95!!!!</p>

Just received a call from your customer care. My request to have it exchanged was declined again - due to normal wear and tear. I was told to take it up with the supplier. When i asked for the suppliers details i was told that you (tekkie town) dont avail of it and i can find it on the internet.
I googled and this is the email i sent them and YOU!

On Monday i returned the attached Puma trainer to theTekkie Town store in Grabouw, Western Cape, South Africa where it was purchased just a bit more than a month ago. As you can see from the attached picture the sole of the shoe is torn.
The store has just informed me that they will not be exchanging the shoe as it is normal wear and tear and that i should take it up with Puma if i am still not happy with the outcome.
As you can see i am not! Hence my email to you.
I kindly request that you exchange the shoe as i feel that a shoe of R699.95' sole cannot look like this in a month!
I have always purchased your brand and am utterly dissapointed at the quality of this product.
To me R699.95 is quite a few rands and your shoes' wear and tear should have lasted much longer than a month! I have asked the opinions of family, friends and colleagues and they all agree that they would want/expect an exchange!
Tekkie town - i will never purchase a product from your store ever again. As i feel that you should have gone the extra mile for your client/me! You should have attempted to take this up with your supplier and not pass the buck to me! Also you claim to sell high quality goods which i highly doubt now! You weren't even able to furnish me with the suppliers contact information! Makes me wonder where you purchase your goods from!
I will be buying ****s from now on as i believe it will last me much longer! I willget much more wear and tear from them! Way more than a month i'm sure!
