Poor client service

I app**** for an account on 8 June they promised 24 hours for a answer.... today 23rd still nothing... i've called the store a few times spoke to call centre a few times even received an e mail to say sorry for the delay but still no account.... according to call centre the documents was resend well that was done a few times now so what is the excuse now???? The store phone s me today they did not submit my id which is a lie because ive completed the form myself the id is complete and a copy of the id is attached.... so the only explanationnis that the people of accounts is being payed for doing nothing.... so tekkietown management if you wondered by bussiness is down.... you must look at your staff not doing what they are paid to do.....
