I had just remembered i had a voucher waiting for me at Tekkie Town vangate mall,i made a lay bye approximately 2 years back,which they cancelled and issued a Voucher of R150 as that was the initial amount i put down on the laybye,all i wanted to know when i got at Promenade store,purchasing another sneaker cash,i asked the store salesperson(Rico) to check with Vangate if they cannot send the voucher through to Promenade as they are one store,bear in mind when i made the lay bye i never had my ID in store,just gave it verbally,and never went back ever since. Anton and Rashieda from Vangate i am assuming called the store and said it is ***** what Promenade is busy with,but how can it be when it is the same store,i do not want the money back just wanted to add to the purchase i made. Very disgusted on the way things were handled and as a customer i feel wronged and *****ed over. Also bear in mind i take full blame if that is not their policy,and also i never read the slip of what their policy is but my argument is that they are one store,how could they not assist me as a customer.
