Pathetic service and *******

Bought shoes at tekkie town, converse Jack parcel size 6 which is a smaller size and size 7 too big I need 6.5 which they do not have or keep. Now they are telling I cannot get my money back for refund. They say I need to take something else, why would they want to tell me what to buy. I want to buy what I want to buy not what they are suggesting. In their stores they have not have any "no refund policy" displayed, this information is only on the invoice which you only get after the purchase. This is **************** from this pathetic shop I will never buy there again.
