pathetic service

I am totally disappointed with the service received at one of your branches in Mosselbay Heiderand. I bought a pair of all stars a few months back which a do not wear a lot since I have a lot of shoes. I called in on Friday to have Chantell have a look at it. The attitude I received was that I am not a valued client. She told me that she would send the pictures she took of the shoes to head office for a reply. I call Ina that same afternoon to tell her about it. She was so rude and abrubt and just cut my call short and said that chantell would get back to me.<br> I went back the next day and chantell just said it was not a factory mistake and they cant help me. I even bought a pair of new all stars again there, but decided to take it back since the services rendered by them was bad. I asked her who was the person she spoke to at your head office , then she said she did not send it there but to Ina.<br> I don't think it is ethical to lie to a client to their face and it is unacceptable. I feel like never to do business with Tekkie town if their attitudes are like that. I recon this is a business but people act there as if the store belongs to them.
