Pathetic Service

I am utterly disgusted in the business practices of Tekkie Town. I bought my daughter a pair of Addidas Sandals. We then found that the sandals were to small. We then tried to exchange it at the stores for a bigger size,they did not have her size. Tekkie town then suggested we try other stores to get the sandals, but they dont do refunds or transfers. How pathetic is this that one spends R350 on a pair of sandals, but now that you dont have the correct size or you cant offer me another solution for sandals of that type. You want me to take a pair of takkies that she doesnt need. This is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced. I will never buy from such a pathetic store ever again. I hope your business goes down!!!!<br> <br> None of your staff made any efforts, not even your call centre. Im just so disgusted and because of your stupid business practices I suffer a monetary loss<br>
