Pathetic Service

<p>I purchased soccer boots online from their website on the 1st of March 2017. Although I clicked 3-5 day delivery. It's now the 14th day and no delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>the service help desk is useless and fails to assist giving many reasons from, forgot to post, to problems with delivery, to online department forgot to capture ur order.</p> <p> </p> <p>nothing happens, although you complain. Useless company with very *********** staff. Some of them don't even know what to do with the online reference that you receive with your order number</p> <p> </p> <p>i will never support them again</p>
