Pathetic Customer Support

Good day. To whom this may concern. Two days ago, I submitted my online application to open an Tekkie Town account. Yesterday I decided to go to the Tekkie Town Branch at 17th Quarters located in Walmer, Port Elizabeth to ask if they can assist me. I was told why don't I rather just open the account in store so I did indeed. One of Tekkie Town's representatives in store yesterday contacted the accounts department to assist with the process. Only to be told that the application wasn't even processed yet. I'd like to know where is the customer support and then the lady on the phone got rude with me and put the phone down in my ear. I'd like this matter to be taken up further because people with this attitude in the way she dealt with it is highly unacceptable and that's why the customer service is pathetic. The customer support is pathetic and I'm sure the calls are recorded and it needs to be investigated. They must rather do their work than be rude to clients. Regards Cameron
