Pathetic customer service

<p>I bought a pair of shoes (Vans) about 4 months ago from Tekkie Town Boksburg, i the took the shoes back to the store because the soles were tearing loose from the shoes, i did not have the box anymore but i had proof of purchase with me. Now first of all the manager at the Boksburg branch has a bad attitude towards the clients as he does not give a damn what the claints complaint is, he said he sent through photos of the shoes to Head Office and we were told that the complaint was declained due to the shoes being wear and tear. Now please tell me how a pair of shoes that are 4 months old and the soles tearing loose from the shoe can be wear and tear. i apid R599 for that pair of shoes and will not just leave it here. Charlotte from Head Office also told me that there is nothing that she can do as the compliants dept told het that the decision is final and my shoes will not be replaced at all. I just think this the most pathetic service that i have ever seen from such a big company and i can tekll you i will not just leave it here. They will not give me the area managers number of someone higher to speak with, they never get back to you when they say they will. So if Tekkie Town does not want this to go to the papers i suggest they get back to me with reasonable asnwers and a way forward with this</p> <p> </p> <p>They can contact me on ********** 928</p>
