Pathetic customer experience

I visited the trade route mall store yesterday and received the worst customer experience . The guy at the door who sanitizers the customers walking in firstly told me that my handbag would have to be searched when leaving. I asked why as I’ve shopped here before and this was never the process he just said it had to be done . I then proceeded inside and could not find what I was looking for so as I was about to leave he shouts to the teller in Zulu “search the granny’s bag” which I understood and said I am not a granny as he could clearly see. I’m a 34 year old woman and look nothing like a grandmother. I was deeply insulted and instead of apologizing both him and the teller were laughing and making it a joke. He even said to me so u don’t want to be called a granny???? Like it’s clear that your staff are ******** and have no form of customer service training. Being in the service industry myself I would never ever speak to a customer like that! I’m never buying at your store again that’s for sure!!
