Overworking staff with no overtime

Tekkie town Johannesburg 3 area manager overworking staff, long hours, no off days inbetween, and non compliant to labour law according to weekly hours.

According to labour law South Africa, based on section 11 legislation of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, " Workers may agree, in writing, to work up to 12 hours a day without getting overtime pay, However, these workers may not work more than •45 ordinary hours a week •10 hours overtime • 5 days a week "

But Tekkie town make their staff work 9 hours a week, 9 hours on Saturday and 7 hours on Sunday which makes it 61 hours in a week with NO OFF days, no OVERTIME. And some don't even get to take annual leave, which makes them non compliant.

Staff is short and yet no effort to hire, then overwork staff with no pay. This is so against the labour law and employee act.
