Online Delivery Disaster (still have not received my order)

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from this company. I placed my order on October 31 and was informed that delivery would take between 2 to 7 days. On November 4, I received an SMS confirming my order, which made me excited to finally receive it. However, later that day around 6pm, I received another email stating that the delivery could not be completed.

Since then, I have been receiving daily SMS notifications saying that my order could not be delivered, but no reason has been provided. When I check the tracking details, it simply shows “COULD NOT COMPLETE DELIVERY.” Even up to today, I continue to receive these repetitive messages without any clear communication or explanation.
