One hell of a store

I'm truly disappointed with the service I got from their online return team I requested a refund last week Tuesday and they promised to pick up even today I'm still waiting. And I visited their store in Jubilee they requested an invoice of which it was no send to me it was only send to me by their support team on Tuesday then I went to the store today only to be told that online is the only 1 that can assist. I want nothing to do with tekkie town I just need my refund
