Not impressed at all.

My experience happened at Hemingway's Mall.

I went to return a pair of shoes I had purchased from Tekkie Town two days ago. I get told I can not get a cash refund they only do exchanges or store credit. I then went to look for a pair of shoes to exchange them with.

I then return to the counter to do the exchange only for the cashier to make a mistake with the exchange. I had to pay in R50 as the pair of shoes I chose was more expensive. The cashier puts the R50 through as cash and not card eventhough the card was visible in my hand ready to pay.

The cashier then proceeds to make 2 phonecalls in which the cashier is talking and laughing while telling me to wait a minute not even trying to sort out the mistake they made. Only once one of the other cashier's walk in the cashier asks what they must do to fix it.

I then get told I need to go draw the R50 at an ATM. I was not impressed with this at all. Firstly they can't do a simple refund for me and then I must go pay bank fees to draw cash for a mistake the cashier made. I just gave them the R50 took my shoes and walked out saying that I should actually be insisting on my cash refund for the shoes.
