Not happy client
Please be so kind to inform me how can a well known shop like Tekkie Town firstly not do refunds. Secondly why did a nearlry wait like almost an half an hour for a sale to be done on my refunded gift voucher. As the salesperson did not get any prompt assistance from her IT.
