Not a happy experience

<p>Bought these 'toughees' at Tekkie Town 17th Quarter in Port Elizabeth on the 02/08/16. Returned them Saturday the 29/10/16 because of the crack. Didnt ask for refund but asked if it could be replaced. Lady took photos and sent email to head office. Today Monday 31st got told they wont replace. Phoned customer care and asked why not to be told its wear and tear....uhm they school shoes,they were bought to be worn. Still bought Toughees cause they 'last'. So no replacement after just two months. I think this is disgusting. I will Never buy there again.</p>
