Not a happy client

I paid a lump sum amount on my account to bring my monthly payments down. Then when this did not happen I made contact with Tekkie Town, just to be told. firstly that the instalment is calculated on the full credit amount whether you used it or not and the interest is calculated on the full credit amount whether you used it or not. They are quick to open the account but just as quick to rip you off.
