Nokwazi is rude

I was at Takkie town Boulders mall in midrand yesterday and I was so disgusted by the service i was given by a lady called Nokwazi, she is wrong and she doesn't have manners too. she didnt want to give a refund of shoes i bought at kempton park because they dont fit my son and they dont have sizes, she even said i must go back to that same store because she cant do such and she was impatient with me, she even threw her hand at me and insulted me infront of my sister and her staff members. i will never recommend anyone to buy from TAKKIE TOWN. the staff has bad service.
