No service, no help, no feedback, no answers. no tekkies!

Tekkie Town has the worst online service and delivery service within the entire scope of online stores and delivery services. I have now waited 7 days for my order to be delivered. The only thing the call center does is to say they are escalating this matter... Where is my order???? If I could give you NO stars, I would!
