No replacement of shoes

I bought a pair of soviet shoes from the Bloed Mall in Pretoria on Saturday (14/11/2015) for my brother and the size was smaller than I expected. I visited back the shop on Tuesday (17/11/2015)only to find out that they don't do exchange for a the right size because the shoe has been out of box. The manager Maggie was very unprofessional, contemptuous: firstly she's the one who sold the shoes on Sat and my bag was full so she opted that I should leave the box which sounded a good idea but when I came back she was the same person to refuse, she told me that it was exactly the same as buying a box of milk drink some and return it which I found very sarcastic and deminiaturizing.I always buy from Tekki Town and this type of service typifies non recognition of Consumer Protection Act. That was an abysmal display of unprofessionalism at its apex. I will do whatever it takes to make sure I get my consumer satisfaction. Tekk town am giving you time before I take a legal action on you!!!!!!
