no refunds

yesterday 03/01/2016 I purchased a pair of shoes for work for R600, when i tried putting on the shoes this morning, i could not even get the shoes over my toes the shoes were so small, even though it says size 9. when i returned them for a refund they said they cant give me a refund, even thought i haven't even worn these shoes. they told me i can only get a voucher. i DO NOT want a voucher from this store , i want my money back
