No Refund - Telling all

I noted your reply on the 5th January 2016, it is the 11th January 2016 today. On average, how long does it take to investigate this little problem? <br> <br> The first prize of solving the problem is to replace the boots with ones that will fit my wife as per our requirements. If this cannot be done, refund my money. You cannot expect me to pay & keep the boots that was a gift and you do not have the correct size.<br> <br> The unfortunate thing is that the longer this takes the more people are being notified of this shocking system... yesterday alone, I shared this shocking news to many people... One of which, standing in a group of about 25 people, said \Do they not realise the damage that is being done by not refunding? Just look at all the people that you have shared this with and I certainly will also not use Tekkie Town any longer
