No Refund

I posted a complaint about no refund on 4th August and in all fairness Tekkie Town did respond on 17th August and despite their assurance that I would be contacted by the Area Branch Manager of Customer Care person it was all merely words and no action or follow through. I have not heard one word from anyone since then and sad to say they are R799.95 richer and I am that amount poorer.<br>
