no money back gaurantee

I purchased a pair of sandals from tekkie town for my 6yr old son unfortunately it is very uncomfortable and hurting on this feet. The sandals cost R400.00. When I went 2 the Galleria store I was told that I could not get my money back they could only give me a voucher for a purchase frm the store however I did advise the manager that I do not want to purchase anything from the store and I will not agree to a voucher as I paid cash and I want the money back. All I received was pathetic service from the store and I'm truly dissappointed that I can't get back my money. I will advise anyone not to purchase from Tekkie Town due to their attitude towards consumers. I was advised by Antonio that it is my problem if the sandals are uncomfortable.
