No exchange on Harley Davidson boots
Bought my Harley Davidson boots at the end of May 2015. While wearing it on 7 June 2015 the back leather strap and stud comes off. I took it back to Retail Crossing branch immediately. They have not been able to exchange my boots. It is now 24 June 2015. Due to internal processes in place with Harley Davidson returns.
