No Exchange,

I purchased a pair of Harley-Davidson boots for my wife as a Christmas present. On purchasing the boots I enquired about what the procedure is should the boots not fit or if she does not like it. I was told by the Sales Assistant that I will be able to bring them back. Up to this point as well as when I paid I was treated very well. <br> <br> The boots were to small so I took my wife back to the store today. They don't have any Harley boot to fit her and have no clue when and if they will get any in the future. <br> <br> No refund is the policy of Tekke Town, chose another boot! She then tried on a few other boots, that will offer protection in case of an motorcycle accident. None fitted. We enquired with Esther about getting it from another store. Yes it's possible but we need to pay Courier Fees!<br> <br> Due none that fitted or offered the desired protection, We then went to Tekkie Town Vincent Park. No luck there neither.... <br> <br> So now we have a pair of boots there too small and no Tekkie Town outlet in East London can assist. <br> <br> With a no return policy such as this, I find it challenging to ever purchase from Tekkie Town in future... And I was a regular client!
