Never Again!

I bought a pair of shoes from your Crestview store on Sunday-14/02/16.They were a gift and I was told that if they were the incorrect size that I could exchange them at the PMB branch.The takkies were too big for my fianc? so I arrived at your PMB store this afternoon.The service I received was nothing short of shocking -I was sent to the counter for assistance and was assisted by a store clerk who was barefoot and preceded to say that they do not have the size in their ladies stock.It is quite clear it is a man's shoe.There were very few options in your store and I asked for a refund then - pointless keeping shoes no-one can wear!I was told this was not possible despite S20 and S56 of the CPA-\Where ever the CPA entitles a consumer to a refund, it must be interpreted to mean that the consumer has the election on how to receive the refund. This means that while refunds as in-store vouchers or credits are not ******* per se, if the consumer demands a cash refund you must give it to them. Also in terms of s56, the consumer, not the supplier has the election on whether to chose the refund, replacement or repair.\"I will NEVER purchase anything from your stores again!"
