Lousy customer service

I went to buy hitec ladies ***boy boots for my wife and was told that it was on sale for R350 marked down from R680 odd. We asked the sales assistant if all 3 colours were on sale and were told they were because they were old stock. My wife chose a tan colour of which there were only 2 pairs left in stock. When we got to the till they ran up the original price so I told them it was the wrong price and they blatantly called me a **** & said I must prove it. I told them they can check the price in the aisle & that the sales assistant told us they were all marked down & they just sat looking at me so I had to go get another box with the price on it and the manager came over and told me it's a complete different shoe and it isn't on sale so I said it isn't a different shoe, it's a different colour. Then he got aggressive and said I must open my eyes & look at the price & that we can't expect him to walk around making sure his staff know what's on sale. The manager and staff belittled us in front of all the cutomers. It was the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We won't recommend tekkie town to any of our friends or clients and we won't buy from them ever again.
