Leave payout

I don't even know where to start I have worked for the company since 2015 september till august 2020.dismissed for unfair dismissal and yet have been quiering them to pay my leave days and still dont want to because they are saying i am owing 18 days to the company ofwhich also yhey sayi g i jave absconded work from the 08.07.2019 to 23.08.2018 but was ever dismissed. Can anyone tell how does a person get paid and have not clocked...well i got paid for the month i was on leave and apparently i did not capture leave my daus for leave on ess. This company always thinks they are clever with everything. I hate the fact that i worked for this company oh my i never even took lunch
