Laybye Quiry

Yesterday as in on the 15th of November 2024, I did a laybye at Mtuba Tekkie Town and I was using another bag i lost the slip so today when I go to the shop to pay it off. I explained to the lady at the till that I lost the slip bit I do have my ID,she said I cannot I must go to police station for an affidavit that I lost the slip mind you am disabled and that police station is far from town. Can I have an clarity to that,because a lady by the name of Thobekile had no time to heare out she just told me that and left me standing and stranded another male customer after I have longly waited for her....I then asked to cancel she told me the same and left.Am so disappointed because I use Tekkie Town for almost all my wear in different towns but you Mtuba gave me worse.
