Is Tekkie Town a ****

On 4 December 2020 we ordered takkies for my children online at tekkie town. They said that the tekkies will be delivered between 2 and 7 days. After 14 days waiting for the tekkies to arrive i made an enquiry at their offices in George. After no explanation was given as to where the tekkies are we just received an email stating that a refund was processed and i will receive my money back in 7 to 10 days. I then emailed then explaining that the tekkies was gifts for Christmas for my kids. The only reply i received from Avuzwa Sithole was and i qoute “Thank you for being in touch. We do apologize for the inconvenience. However a refund has been processed.” My problem is where does Tekkie Town think that i must buy Tekkies without my money that i already spent that they are sitting with to buy tekkies for my children before Christmas. They dont even have the decency to give an explanation. My kids will not have a gift under the tree because of Tekkie Town. I will take my complaint to our local newspapers.
