Is takkie town ******** people

I put shoes on lay buy at Maponya Mall. Last month I went to the store with the intention of paying up the lay buy. I informed the consultant I had lost the slip and my ID but I do have a picture of my ID and my driver's license she refused to assist. Now I'm being told I'll forfeit the money I put in as a deposit. I don't have the time to b coming to the store and I've also requested thay I get a credit rather than loose my money. This is grossly unfair and ******** that when I wanted to pay I wasn't assisted now I havw to loose my hard earned money
