I fail to understand how staff can be in their own buzz living their best lives while customers have to stand and wait and be unattended to n half beg to be assisted and to top it off this is the first time being asked for an ID when purchasing with my staff card?all arrogant may I add..
Please find staff who comes to work for a salary and not for trance music!!!!
