INFERIOR QUALITY

<p> </p> <p>I bought 2 pairs of Puma takkies for my twins boys of 4 years old. R450 EACH on the 26 June 2016 I returned the takkies to the store Sunday the 9 July 2016. It is school holidays it is winter, i mention the season for you to understand that the boys were indoors . Mom and Dad works so nobody took them out of the house during the 1 week school holiday. The nanny said the boys wore boots and slippers at home and they say the shoes were damaged normal wear and tear.</p> <p>So we are expected to pay that price for bad quality. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hello Peter please advise if you can help with consumer rights. That we can loose money. I am happy to pay for goods but not for inferior quality at that price. It was my first purchase at tekkie town. The sales lady that helped me when I made my purchase and she told me if there is a problem even after a few month I can bring the shoes back. She specifically told me to keep the box and the receipt which I did. I lost this money. Please help shoes should last 1 week at that price?</p>
