Incorrect pricing

On Saturday 24th April 2021 I went to Tekkie town in murchison mall ladysmith kwa Zulu natal to purchase a shoe for my son. While browsing through the store my son saw a pair of nike takkies marked at R399.99. I asked for the other foot as I wanted to purchase it. The sales person took a while to come back and eventually when she did she told me that the marked price is not right and I must pay R650 for the shoe. This is totally unacceptable because as a consumer I supposed the price marked on the item. Unfortunately the sales person was not accommodating to my plea as a customer. Really disappointing with the service and thank you for disheartening a little child who by all means was not responsible for the pricing of the item. I really wonder if as consumers we have rights when it comes to stores like tekkie town.
