Incompetence!

Whoever are sitting behind the computers at payroll needs to do there job correctly. Having to send the incorrect details to Alexander Forbes of an ex employee is completely incompetence! I don't see as to why you make such mistakes. As i was learned before you click on the send button you need to make sure all details are correct. Even when i sent an email to Tekkie Town payroll to ask what is the hold up with my claim and they stated my claim number and i have to contact AFRF for any queries. Just to find out that Tekkie Town was the reason to my hold up of my claim being paid out!
