I was assaulted by the store manager

On the 29th of February just a little after 6pm I was assaulted by the Richards Bay store manager and the very next day, I called the Head office and customer care to report the incident where I spoke to a lady by the name of Rosely who promised my case would be escalated to the Branch manager to deal with. To date I have been calling the head office and its been excuse after excuse and my case has not been attended to. I even advised her to look at the surveillance cameras for evidence should the manager try to deny it. It is a shame that we are provided with such platforms yet we still do not get assistance. I will never purchase from Tekkie Town ever again, the service sucks and senior people believe in treating customers whichever way they like since they know there will be no recourse, it is unfortunate and I warn all customers to be careful of that store and if possible should never buy from it again. It is truly sad.
