I want fund

i bought some sneakers ..they do not fit my son ,then i went to the shop 3times without getting my refund ..been told the shop doesn't have money ...My refund is only R1000 ......When i call them they don't pick up coz they know its me..stop playing games am bored and fed up ..y'all wanna see the other side of me .... I Want my money ...!!!!!
