I could be a *****
Walked into the Balfour branch after gym looking for a new running shoe. Coming from gym I was carrying a gym bag. Which I was told to leave at the counter as I could be a *****. I walked out the store and proceeded to purchase new running shoes bag and all at sportsman's warehouse. Cheers Tekkie Town enjoy your *******.

It is however part of our security policies and procedures not to allow any bags or trolleys in our stores, but we accept that the matter has been dealt with in an absolutely unacceptable way.

The area manager of that store as well as our competent customer care person were informed and one of them will be in contact with you shortly. The necessary steps will be taken to ensure that our staff do not make the same mistake again.
