I am disgusted!!

Went to Tshwane Mall with my younger sister today, as she was about to pick and buy what she needed, a very rude woman by the name Rebecca came to us and started yelling that we're not allowed to open the boxes. We then advised that we were just looking for the correct size and we had to open the box, to make sure that it's the correct shoe and we apologized. She further proceeded to yell and we decided to leave her there and walk out, telling her that we no longer need them, she can keep them. As we were walking out of the door, she yelled "nyammao" to us 😭. We turned and went to approach her and she denied saying that, when one of her colleagues came to break the argument and apologized on her behalf, she still went on, yelling at us, until we left. I am not one to complain about customer service, but she went to far and I'm afraid this might cost her more than she thought it would!!
