Horrible treatment! Disrespect at its highest level!

I bought shoes for my 2 year old daughter but they were big. I went to the store to have them exchanged and they told me that the shoes were dirty. I’m trying to upload the pictures for everyone to see but my phone’s failing me. The treatment I got was horrible. I was told that I was negligent. The woman who assisted me raised her voice to a point where my mother walked away because she couldn’t deal with disrespect. A friend of mine once bought shoes there, went to play netball with them and they got torn. She took them back and claimed that the shoes were not of a good quality and they took them back. Which one is worse between torn and dirty shoes. I must put emphasis on the fact that the shoes are not dirty. She wore them once just to fit them. They were not exactly clean when I bought them because they don’t ask babies to wear socks when they feet them. I’m compelled by their behavior and treatment and I can’t help but feel that this has everything to do with the fact that I’m a young, black woman! They don’t treat people of other races like this. I always buy my shoes at Tekkie Towm and not once have I seen older people or people of other raves be treated horribly by the staff.
