Horrible experience Tekkietown Online

I placed an order on the 1st December 2025, still have not received it . I asked for a cancellation and want my money back, still nothing instead I get a load of stories such as my item was ****** in the delivery van, I must wait for my item to be delivered then tell the courier guy that I no longer need it theeen they will start a cancellation process. What a company yhoooo Tekkietown Management please intervene, I no longer want the item as it was supposed to be worn on the 16th December 2025. I had to make alternative plans for my child. Tekkietown please refund me my money yerrrrrr
