Good Customer Support

I went to Tekkie town Embalenhle Mall Secunda to collect the study material from paxi, unfortunately I lost my phone before I could collect the books ,I found the lady by the name Pamela,she was very helpful she took her time to call the Paxi customer care on my behalf to ask them to resend the collection pin on another phone since I have lost mine,Paxi send the pin and I got my books. Thank you very much Pamela I'm really grateful keep up the good work.
