Frustrated Customer with Tekkie Town

I purchased a pair of tekkies on the 29th of August 2025. On the 30th of August it said in the email they sent, it's with the courier. The tracking does not work just says it's with courier.

I emailed there customer service and they shared another link for tracking that does not show anything. They sent me an email to say the issue had been escalated. Im still waiting for my parcel it's been 8 days and they promised delivery within 7 days.
