Forcing voucher down on me...still no solution

I bought a pair of rugby toks from Kolonnade Retail Park end January. The toks was damaged and was returned to the store in March - they sent it to the factory for a quality check and promised to get back to us within 2-3 working days. By day 4 I had to call and ask what's going on? I was told that I should give them another day or 2 - I explained that I need the toks for the game on the Saturday - 6 days later. By the Friday afternoon nobody returned my call as promised...so I called again. I was informed that I could come in and collect a voucher for the damaged goods and buy something else. We enquired re other toks and no sizes required was available. We left empty handed and needless to say my son had to play in his old toks. By Sunday we started the search again - first Jacaranda s/c, Montana Crossing and eventually found a pair...but NO SIZE...the lady called 6 other branches - NO STOCK! We made a final stop at Atterbury Tekkie Town - NO SIZES...high school kids don't wear size 5.6.7.8...? I've asked several times to be reimbursed by cash and was simply denied. We purchased a lovely pair of NIKE toks from Sportsmans Warehouse. All I want is mt R700 back in cash...nobody care
