Feedback on Tekkie Town

I got a call from the consultant and she took the side of the manager without first seeing the shoes in question. They didn’t even watch their footage to see the body language and hear her high pitched voice as she was talking to me. I’ve now sent the picture of the shoes because once again, it’s the customer who has to do everything to prove their story while management protect their staff. Those shoes were being fitted by every child without socks and I took them because they were the last pair. Can they not sell us shoes that every customer tries on if they’re gonna turn us back when we return or exchange them. The consumer protection act must be adhered to at all times by all services and product providers. The complaints I’ve seen about this shop on this site are proof that they regard us as nothing. The manager at forest hill, I’m still shocked by her tone and the high pitch of her voice.
