Faulty product.
I purchased some hiking boots in Trekkie town Konatipoort . On my first attempt at tying the laces the eyelet pulled out of the leather. I returned to the store the next morning requesting a replacement as this was clearly a manufacturing fault. All to no avail. The staff refused to do so or to provide a refund
