FALSE ADVERTISING ON EXCHANGING GOODS

I bought shoes from Tekkie Town Woodmead, fitted it on and they fitted perfectly. Once I was home and started walking in them and it felt like I was walking bare feet, they were hurting my feet. I went to return the shoes before the 10 day grace period expired as stated on the back of their slip and I wanted to take a different brand. My exchange was declined as the manufacturer of the shoe Urbanart instructed Tekkie Town not to exchange. I did not buy the shoes from Urbanart I bought it from Tekkie Town and with Tekkie Towns policy. To me this is false advertising as I did follow their rules but still they are declining my exchange. I will never buy from them again and also let my friends and family members know that they do not stand true to their word.

I would like to retract my unhappiness with Tekkie Town, it helps when you speak to the correct people and the correct info gets passed along. Trish (Head of Customer Care Tekkie Town), thank you for understanding and coming to the rescue.

Glad to see good and quick customer service still exist.

Thanks again Trish
