Extremely bad customer service and infringement of rights

I lay buyed two sneaker with them and they policy according to their call centre is if my laybuy is still active .I am must get a full refund when i want and should the lay buy expire then they must give me a voucher. Went to the store in President Square in the vaal on the 16 July 2020 at around 10:30 and the Manager of that store does not want to give me my money ,instead they insisting on the voucher. Only after mentioning what their policy states .They are saying the store does not have money i must come back at 3pm. I went back at 3pm and i was told they have not made any sale . They will call me before they close or the following day with was yesterday 17/07/2020 . Did not receive a call from the store on Friday .On Friday went to the store again and i was told again that they don`t have money. no explanation. Called their call centre on 18/07/2020 and the agent i spoke to highlighted that the stores don`t bank everyday and every morning they get what they call till float .Its impossible the store does not have money . Clearly this store is going against its own policy and this in line with CPA.

In closing laybye seemed like a cheaper option with interest but this store just made it a very horrible experience and i would not advice anyone to go there at all. I am going post this on my facebook, and twitter
